Projects

Mom and her two kids realized a dream when they moved from a shelter to a bungalow where they can let their creativity flow. The years it took to get to this place, with tremendous support from City of Refuge, make it that much sweeter. Now Mom is organizing ways to help other families with kids!

Special thanks to Everly Design Co for sponsoring this family project, contributing most of furniture, and providing five talented and fun staff members to be the project volunteers! Now there are places for game night, art projects, cooking, porch sitting, and a great night's sleep. It is a joy to partner with community sponsors and see the connections made between families and newfound friends.
